How is the shipping process?

Sea Freight Process

Sea Freight is frequently used by customer who purchase furniture and big size/volume items. It is door to port service, unless requested differently, with extra cost. Below is how Sea Freight works :

• You will need to provide us your mailing address for documents that will be mailed by courier
• You need to select the closest Port of your location, where you’d like to pick up your items once it arrived
• Your items will be treated for fumigation (Fumigation is a method of pest control/ removal of harmful micro-oganisms that completely fills an area with gaseous pesticides—or fumigants—to suffocate or poison the pests within.)
• Your documents for exporting from Indonesia to your country will be prepared. Your documents including Fumigation & V-Legal (Legal Wood Indonesia certificate)
• Your items will be shipped from Bali Island to International Port of Indonesia in Surabaya City (Sby)
• From Sby your shipment will go to Singapore Port
• From Singapore your shipment will depart to Country of destination
• Your ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) will be informed, usually few weeks after ship depart from Singapore Port
• 1-2 weeks before arrivals, you will get physical document in your mailing. This document is stating that indeed your items will arrive in Port you selected.
• 1-2 weeks before arrivals, Local Agent/Logistic/Broker in your selected port will contact you about your items arrival schedule
• You will be guided and directed of how to handle tax/duty/import tax/charges and declaration of items, all of this are depend on the import regulation of country’s destination
• You clear all the tax/bill and declare your items
• You are able to pick up your items at Port after clearing all the duties

Customer Paid Goods –> Packing Goods –> Fumigation –> Documents preparing —> Items depart to Surabaya Port –> Depart to Singapore Port –> Depart to Destination –> You receive ETA & Documents –> Get contacted by broker to handle your import tax –> Clear your tax and declare your items –> Items arrived and you can pick up

How much is the import tax should I Pay?

It depends on your country’s destination regulation of importing goods. Import tax/bills are beyond our expertise

How long is the shipping time?

Excluding production time

• Sea Freight goes from 4weeks-6weeks depend on destination
• Air Freight 3 days to 14 days depend on the cost you choose
