Generally we have 2 Shipping Methods

  1. Sea Freight
  2. Air Freight

Sea Freight

Sea freight is divided into LCL Shipping & Container of 20ft, 40ft and 40ft HC.

  • LCL means Less than Container Load, it is intended for buyers who purchase less than container volume
  • Container is for wholesale/bulk/project buyers or whose purchase are fit into container volume

Sea Freight always DOOR TO PORT and not directly to address except requested by buyer with different cost than LCL or Container

 

All of your purchase and shipment is legal in Indonesia’s Law & Jurisdiction. If  you purchase wooden furniture, your shipment will also including Legal Wood Indonesia certificate or as we call V-Legal

Clearance Sale Items

Items that are currently on sales as we are clearing our old stocks or sample products. Items that are on clearance sale are unreturnable

Warranty

We offer warranty & service for purchase in Bali only as it easier to maintenance if there’s damage and limiting suspicious damage that actually may come from the error of product using

For projects as public / commercial use such as restaurant that intensively use the products with fast turn over, warranty & service must be included in  Written & Signed Agreement is arranged before purchase. Our legal team will draft the agreement to be signed.

Delivery / Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is suggested for international customer with sea freight type of shipping method. It cost 3-5% of total items value. The shipping insurance is provided by affiliate of our shipping partner.

Shipping insurance cover up to 60% of damaged item during shipment. Shipping insurance as of it’s name stated, is for covering during shipment time only and not warranty of using

YES, of course you can

Let us know if you have your own appointed agent / broker / logistic that you trust to handle your import. We will forward your information to our shipping company partner.

It depends on your country’s destination regulation of importing goods. Import tax/bills are beyond our expertise

Yes, but it would be costly. We need to contact our shipping partner for air freight cost of Furniture

Excluding production time

  • Sea Freight goes from 4weeks-6weeks depend on destination
  • Air Freight 3 days to 14 days depend on the cost you choose

Payments

We only accept 2 payment methods :

  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal

All Transfer Fee (Bank Transfer or PayPal will be buyer responsibility)

You can use international credit cards for PayPal Payment

  • All of our product’s prices are including Indonesia’s sales tax
  • All of our shipping / export are including Indonesia’s export tax

We are not responsible for import tax / duty / charges that may raise in buyer’s country

Exchange & Returns

Return Policy & Agreement

Casa Rosé™ – CV KREASI DESAIN STUDIO is committed to provide responsive customer service. We want to create an easy communicating system for our customer. Currently, Return & Exchange Policy only available in Indonesia.

  • In Indonesia, all made to order products are returnable with Written & Signed Agreement is arranged before purchase.
  • Compensation/replacement is available if it is the production faulty
  • All  finished  items will be photographed first and picture will be sent to Customer before shipping
  • If customer is available in Bali, customer able to inspect products on delivery when shipped
  • Once the buyer agree with the finished products (through photos/video), products will be packaged in their best condition
  • We will help buyer to affiliate with shipping agent / courier
  • Shipping / Delivery insurance is strongly recommended to avoid any loss due to damage during shipping.
  • Compensation (Return & Refund / Replace) for any defect and error caused by missed on quality control shall be seller responsibility and shall be controlled in written agreement before hand.
  • Any types of extortion, bully and threat by buyer due to failure of placing order (including Custom/Made to Order) will be reported to Indonesian Law.

Return Policy

The following does not apply to made to order & final sale items:

As of now, return only available in Indonesia. Return only allowed if the products are proven have the production faulty and not user’s error or shipment damage.

  • In Indonesia, all made to order products are returnable with Written & Signed Agreement is arranged before purchase.
  • Please send all returns back with a copy of the original invoice that notes that you would like to return the enclosed items. Once inspected that the products are really faulty from production, a credit will be issued to you immediately and a copy of your receipt will be sent in the mail.
  • You must have a copy of your invoice for all returns with no exceptions
  • All returns must be made within 3 days of arrival/items received.
  • Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered and is functioning properly.
  • Failure to promptly check your package will not result in an extension beyond 3 days
  • All returns must be unused (to be sure that the damage is error made by workshop), in the same condition they were shipped out in, and must be packed properly as it was received. Any stains, scratches, or other marks that weren’t available on picture before shipping may result in either refusal of exchange or a refund with no exceptions.

Exchange Policy

The following does not apply to made to order or any sale items (unless written contract is agreed before hand):

  • In Indonesia, all made to order products are exchangeable with Written & Signed Agreement is arranged before purchase.
  • Exchange only available for in-stock products, not made to order products.
  • Please send all exchanges back with a copy of the original invoice that notes what the items are to be exchanged for.
  • Once an error/defective was inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately.
  • Transport/Shipping/delivery cost for returning items to our warehouse will be buyer’s responsibility.
  • Replacement shipping/delivery cost will be seller’s responsibility but not any charges in destination.
  • All exchanges must be made within 3 days of item received. Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered and is functioning properly.

Law and Jurisdiction

CV. KREASI DESAIN STUDIO is legally registered company in Indonesia. Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by Indonesia law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Please read the terms and conditions section carefully before purchasing  any Products from our sites. By ordering our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you will need to accept them, before completing your order, by clicking the box “I agree” and transferring payment to start your order, you are bound to this agreement. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our sites. You may print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. For shipping guarantee & insurance, please refer to clause our shipping insurance cover policy.

CV. KREASI DESAIN STUDIO is trying the best to avoid any faulty in every production. As of now, we are not able to offer the Return & Exchange Policy for international buyer, as there are too many external factors that beyond our control including condition during shipping etc, but we offer compensation for production faulty.
